Meet Dr. Davis

Dr. Chase Davis brings a passion for exceptional dentistry and genuine guest relationships to every visit. Originally from Salt Lake City, he earned his B.S. in Kinesiology from the University of Utah before attending the renowned Ohio State University College of Dentistry. Dentistry is a natural fit for him—combining his passion for hands-on work, precision, and building lifelong relationships with his patients.

At Mesa Dental, Dr. Davis is committed to providing care that is not only beautiful but also comfortable and long-lasting. As an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry, he stays ahead of the latest advancements to ensure every treatment is as gentle and effective as possible. His philosophy is simple: treat every guest like family. That means proactive, conservative care tailored to each person’s needs.

Outside the office, Dr. Davis stays busy with his wife and three young children. He’s a passionate college football fan (go Buckeyes and Utes!) and enjoys wakeboarding, golfing, and CrossFit.

Meet Dr. Madder

Dr. David Madder has been creating smiles and practicing dentistry in Arizona for 24 years. Originally from Canada, he earned his dental degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine in 2002.  He has made it his passion to expand his skills by taking continuing education courses in all aspects of dentistry.  This includes Invisalign, root canals, implant and implant dentures, cosmetic dental veneers, and full mouth restorative care.  Dr. Madder enjoys the challenges that dentistry presents—from routine care to complex cases. His goal is to provide every patient with focused expert care that improves confidence, functionality, and quality of life.

In our practice Dr. Madder is known for his kindness, compassion, and attention to detail. He believes in working as a seamless team to ensure that every patient feels comfortable, heard, and confident in their treatment.  Our team receives frequent five star reviews complimenting them with their extraordinary chairside demeanor and their committed patient care.  

On his adventurous side, Dr. Madder enjoys traveling, experiencing new cultures, and eating amazing foods with good hearted people.  He is committed to his community, personal growth, and serving in his church.  As a dedicated endurance athlete, he has completed four 70.3 Ironman races and the LoToJa bike race— a grueling 200-mile, one-day ride across three states. He also enjoys boating, golf, pickleball, and any outdoor adventures.  He cherishes spending time with wife, eight children, and two daughter-in-laws.

Meet Ben Stone

Ben Stone is one of just 10 licensed denturists in the entire state of Arizona—a rare credential that speaks volumes about his expertise and commitment to smile restoration. As part of the Liberty Dental Family, Ben brings more than technical precision—he brings heart, presence, and a deep belief in the freedom a confident smile can unlock.

Trained at the highly respected Bates Denturist Program in Tacoma, Washington, Ben has spent his career helping guests rediscover what’s possible through expertly crafted, custom-fit dentures. His approach combines artistry with clinical skill, ensuring that every denture not only looks natural and feels comfortable—but also restores a sense of ease, confidence, and pride.

Originally from Alberta, Canada, Ben now calls Arizona home. When he’s not transforming lives one smile at a time, you’ll find him outdoors with his wife and four children—camping, hiking, and making the most of the desert’s beauty and stillness.
